Being small is not always a drawback. This little cottage was conceived as a holiday house for interstate owners and for the short-term rental market in Tasmania.

What the house lacks in size it makes up for in convenient features.

Incorporating a total of 3 bedrooms ( with 2 overlooking the views ), 2 bathrooms and open plan living areas it is deceptively spacious yet is only small in area, ensuring construction costs remain contained.

The design utilises 3 separate areas such that rentals can be tailored to suit clients from a couple to 2 families with a tribe of kids. In this way cleaning and laundry costs can also be minimised, resulting in better returns.
