Designed for a long term client this duplex pair is intended to appeal to a wide range of owner occupiers or indeed investors requiring single level living. The site currently hosts an older duplex and initial plans were to renovate however it soon became obvious that a new build would be preferencial. The clients opted for a single level development. This provides a significant point of difference to the majority of duplex developments in the area which often commprise 2 levels with significantly increased capital expense. The single level layout also allows for raised ceilings adding to the beach side appeal. Currently progressing through development approval these units will ultimately be sold.
