Coolum House

This 4 bedroom prestige home has just completed concept planning and is currently undergoing final approvals before construction begins late this year. The home looks out over Mount Coolum on a reasonably steep block. The new owners were keen to make the most of the views whist still retaining a functional home with an attractive facade that could be built in a cost effective manner.
