Minyama Waterfront

Designed in conjunction with ADA constructions this west facing waterfront home is currently under construction. The owners were particularly keen on simple uncluttered facades with dominant skillions. Four car garaging, a north facing pool and alfresco and a large kitchen, lounge and dining completed the brief. The resultant design successfully disguises the second garage and provides a spacious entry with a central colonade through to the waterfront. A central open stair delineates the office area and provides access to the upstairs loung. The master bedroom enjoys extensive waterfront views.
