Maroochy Townhouses

These townhouses have been conceived following a request from a client who really liked the design ethos for the Beerwah 2 Townhouses.

Unfortunately the proposed development site was not large enough to accommodate that design.

Using the same design philosophy we created a smaller complex of 4 units.

With a combination of 2 and 3 bed designs and single or dual level living these townhouses are intended to appeal to a wide variety of potential buyers. They are currently undergoing feasibility assessment.
